Thomas Goodwin

Mr. Goodwin is a farm and ranch operator in Fremont County, as well as a board member of the Fremont Cattlemen’s Association, of the Southeastern Colorado Water Conservation District, and of the Upper Arkansas Water Conservancy District. Before his retirement from the U.S. Forest Service (2007), Mr. Goodwin served as Director of Human Resources for the Rocky Mountain Region after being the District Ranger (USFS) and Field Manager (BLM) in Saguache County and serving in staff leadership positions in the White River National Forest (Glenwood Springs) and the Nebraska National Forest (Chadron).  A former member of the Arkansas River Basin Roundtable (Saguache County, 2006-2007), Mr. Goodwin is a graduate of Adams State College where he received his B.S. In Accounting and Economics and the University of Colorado where he received his M.P.A. in Natural Resource Management.
