Payments
In an effort to better serve our customers, the Upper Arkansas Water Conservancy District is now able to accept debit/credit card payments for some of our services. Payments can be made by phone or in person at our office using a debit/credit card. A 4% service fee is charged. While cash is not accepted, payments can also be made by check either in person or by mail. For more information feel free to stop by or give us a call!

Storage and Maintenance payments are due annually on March 15th. Meter reading notices are sent out at the end of every year, with an option to pay your Storage and Maintenance at that time. For those customers without a well or those who choose to submit a meter reading without payment, a bill will be sent by mail in early February.
