Mannie Colon

Mr. Colon is a 3rd generation produce farmer in Cañon City. He grew up on the family farm learning from his father the old-fashioned way. He received a B.A. in Business Administration from Colorado State University, Fort Collins and worked for the State of Colorado in finance for over 30 years. For over 20-years, Mr. Colon has been a judge and horticulture superintendent for the Colorado State Fair. He is currently the President of the Cañon City Hydraulic and Irrigating Ditch Company, Grandview Irrigation Company, Ditch and Reservoir Company Alliance, and is the Vice President of Cañon City and Oil Creek Ditch Company. Mr. Colon is a board member for the Arkansas River Basin Water Forum, Arkansas River Basin Roundtable, and has been on the Board of Directors for the UAWCD since 2008.
