Gracy Goodwin
Projects Manager & Assistant to the General Manager
Gracy grew up in Salida and earned her B.S. in Business Administration from Colorado State University in Fort Collins. She spent several years along the Front Range, working as a corporate event planner and later as a Budget Analyst for Anheuser-Busch. Drawn back by the unique character and sense of community in the Arkansas Valley, Gracy and her family returned to Chaffee County, where she joined the Upper Arkansas Water Conservancy District (UAWCD) in 2019.
In her role as Water Resource Specialist and Grant & Projects Implementation Manager for the Upper Arkansas Water Conservancy District, Gracy helps advance the district’s goals through project development, grant acquisition, and on-the-ground implementation. She also assists the Facilities Manager with coordinating water movement and maintaining accurate water accounting for the district.
