Richard Brown
Legislative Consultant
Born and raised in Missouri, Richard Brown graduated from the University of Missouri with a degree in Economics. He served in the Vietnam War as a liaison with the 3rd ARVN Rangers working mostly on civil action projects, including developing potable water supplies for villages and agricultural application. Following the war, Dick earned a graduate degree from the Public Affairs & Administration School at UCCS, while simultaneously working for the Town of Fountain, where he was part of developing a stable, long-term water supply for the city. He continued to work in various capacities in local and state government in Colorado. Dick currently serves as the Legislative Consultant for the Upper Arkansas Water Conservancy District.
